Marriott Worldwide Wednesday introduced the launch of a brand new midscale model, 4 Factors Specific by Sheraton, in Europe, the Center East and Africa.
Marriott’s 4 Factors Specific by Sheraton model was designed for the “sensible” enterprise and leisure traveler within the inexpensive worth scale within the EMEA market, the corporate mentioned in a press release.
The primary two 4 Factors Specific properties will open as conversions in late 2023 in Turkey because the 4 Factors Specific by Sheraton Antalya and 4 Factors Specific by Sheraton Bursa Nilüfer. The primary lodge within the U.Okay., 4 Factors Specific by Sheraton London Euston, is slated for a 2024 opening after conversion. The lodge firm expects extra openings within the U.Okay. and model entrances in Poland and Belgium, following signed letters of intent in these markets.
