Tidhar Group has acquired approval from the Tel Aviv District Planning and Constructing Committee to construct a 45-floor high-rise workplace tower at 17 Abba Hillel Road.
Tidhar Group introduced that it has acquired approval from the Tel Aviv District Planning and Constructing Committee to construct a 45-floor high-rise workplace tower at 17 Abba Hillel Road within the Ramat Gan Diamond Trade district. Tidhar will make investments NIS 400 million within the challenge which can have 45,000 sq. meters of workplace area and business area on the bottom ground.
The corporate stated that the 2 present buildings on the two,000 sq. meter lot will likely be demolished.
Barely, Levitzky, Kassif (BLK) Architects and City Planners and Rani Ziss Architects will plan and design the constructing.
